The Physical Planning Department promotes orderly, sustainable, and resilient development by guiding land use planning, building regulation enforcement, and spatial development management across the district. We ensure conformance with zoning schemes, layouts, and environmental standards. Our mandate encompasses preparation and review of local plans and layouts, site inspections and development control, processing of planning and building permits, and zoning administration and enforcement.
