Finance Department

The Finance Department, headed by Eugene Zinanibe (Head of Department), is responsible for prudent financial administration, ensuring sound fiscal policies and effective utilization of funds. We support departments with budget preparation, expenditure control, and timely reporting.

We maintain accurate records, coordinate internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with the Public Financial Management Act and related regulations to safeguard the district's financial integrity.
